Herman Cain just hit rock bottom when reporters from the Journal Sentinel asked him the question “Do you agree or disagree with President Obama’s handling of Libya?” He has no idea what the fuck he is talking about and he knows it, you can see it in his face, “goddamn it, a gotcha question!”.
